Coach Zach is very knowledgeable and is great with the athletes! My 10 year old has been working with him for almost 1 year consistently and we have seen lots of growth in speed, strength, and agility. Coach Zach adjusts programming based on the athlete’s needs and gives lots of detailed feedback. My son loves working with Zach and looks forward to their sessions.

Zach at Power Up Strength and Fitness is wonderful to work with. He's the consummate professional. Zach has been working with our athlete for several months now. Goals were set and are being achieved. Our daughter recently incurred a sports injury, and Zach has been modifying her plan in order to continue to develop despite this small set back.
